Equipment Loan Guidelines
To checkout equipment, contact the Equipment Manager. Unless specified on the
equipment calendars on the club website, or verbally by the Equipment Manager, the
equipment is available for checkout within reasonable advance notice. Reasonable is
decided by the Equipment Manager.
Transportation of equipment is not provided by
the Equipment Manager.
The following equipment is available to every IFV member
◦ The “Wal-Mart” camera ZR-800, and tripod.
◦ All post-production equipment.
-Imac with Final Cut Pro
The following equipment is available to every IFV member who has met the below requirements.
Requirements (both must be met)
1) Completed a workshop or quiz covering the equipment for checkout
2) Has either created a video product while in the club, or worked on two projects while in the club.
◦ Sony DCR-PD150
◦ Canon GL2
◦ Panasonic AG-DVX100B
◦ each camera comes with an associated tripod.
◦ The Sennheiser ME-66 microphones and accessories kit.
◦ The Arri Softbank II lighting kit.
The following is available only after completing 1 film with the previous equipment and
receiving permission from one of the officers
◦ Sony EX-1 camera and tripod
